Order requests
Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an automatic guarantee of supply. Stock, price, prescription validity, delivery coverage, and final payment are confirmed by the pharmacy.
Prescription medicines
Prescription-only products are supplied only after review by an authorised pharmacist. The pharmacy may decline or request clarification where dispensing would be unsafe or unlawful.
Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on the selected courier and destination. Restricted or temperature-sensitive products may have narrower fulfilment options.
Finalisation
Business identity, licence details, refunds, returns, delivery liability, and dispute terms must be reviewed and completed before public launch.
